To request a return or exchange for a quality issue:

No Return or Exchange Under Other Circumstances:

Please be informed that due to safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products due to the potential that the product has already come into contact with cats. Bacteria from such potential interactions may be present on the toy, making it unsafe for other cats to use. Apart from quality issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with the product's color, size, or design. We strongly recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
